PookieCal provides a web-based birthday calendar, cultural festival and family visit checklist planner, greeting card studio, and group party gift pool organizer. You may use PookieCal as a guest or by creating a registered account via Email & Password or Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering an account or inviting friends and family to your circle.
You may not use PookieCal to send unsolicited spam, unlawful content, or unauthorized communications.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all birthday entries, notes, photos, greeting cards, and event checklists you create or upload into PookieCal. By using the service, you grant PookieCal permission to store and display this content solely within your personal workspace and to circle members you explicitly invite.

PookieCal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PookieCal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
