PookieCal is a birthday, festival, and family visit planning application designed to help you celebrate your personal circle. • Account & Profile Information: When you register or sign in using Google Sign-In or Email & Password, we collect your name, email address, and profile avatar URL (if signing in with Google) via Firebase Authentication.
• User-Created Calendar Content: Birthdays, contact names, relationship labels, festival/visit checklists, party gift pool items, and invitation records that you add to your workspace.
• Optional Google Workspace Integration: If you explicitly connect Google Workspace features inside the Google Hub, we only access the data you authorize during your active session to display relevant communication history with your selected contacts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide, maintain, and improve PookieCal features:

• To authenticate your account and maintain your personal birthday & event workspace.
• To calculate upcoming birthday countdowns, festival reminders, and preparation checklists.
• To enable collaborative party planning and invitation links that you choose to share.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertisers.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

PookieCal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only request basic profile and email identity (`email`, `profile`, `openid`) for standard Google Sign-In.
• We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, data brokering, or training generalized AI models.
• Any session tokens are stored strictly in your browser session and cleared immediately when you sign out.

5. Data Storage, Security & Retention

Authentication is secured by Google Firebase Authentication over encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connections. Your personal birthday and event records are scoped to your account and stored in your browser's local storage and/or secure cloud storage. You may clear or delete all of your data at any time directly inside the application using the "Start Fresh (Clear All)" button or by contacting us.
